Is this a merch stores or a clothing store?

It's both ♡ I'm a singer, songwriter, and producer who didn't want to go the traditional music merch route. I wanted to create something that felt bigger than me. I wanted to create clothing that I would want to wear, that celebrates the vibe of the music, and that sends the energy that I want to put out into the world. So whether you found these clothes through my music or found my music through the clothes, I'm just so happy you're here.

Are all your shirts unisex?

In the spirit of inclusivity, all items in the store are intended to be unisex. This is why I intentionally don't have gender sections on this site. However, sometimes my suppliers don't offer unisex sizing on certain items. When this is the case, I note it in the product description, so it's hopefully easier to find your size. I also include sizing guide charts on all product pages to help make it easier to pick sizes.

Do you have plans for items besides shirts?

Yes! I would love to expand beyond shirts in the future.

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping estimate to the US is 2-5 business days and can vary by your location and the location of the supplier. Unfortunately, we only currently sell to the US, and hope to expand to more countries soon.

Please note though, these are just estimates and times can vary greatly. Every item is also custom made to order, so it can take a bit longer to receive your order.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide and the supplier varies by product.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● If possible, see if any of your neighbors might have been given the package by the courier

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at store@rosaliesongs.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time we're only able to ship to the US and we're hoping to be able to expand to other countries soon.

ORDERS

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email store@rosaliesongs.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email store@rosaliesongs.com within 1 week from delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if your order is incorrect or damaged, please let
us know by contacting us at store@rosaliesongs.com so we can make it right. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at store@rosaliesongs.com within 20 days after the product has been received, as well as photos of wrong/damaged items, so we can help make it right for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts. We have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please email store@rosaliesongs.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.
