Delayed or Lost Orders: Before getting in touch regarding delayed or lost orders, please:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office or the delivery carrier if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbors, get in touch at store@rosaliesongs.com with your order number within 20 days after the estimated delivery date. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered, our supplier won't refund or reship the order, so we are unable to refund or reship the order.
Incorrect Address: If you find your address is incorrect, incomplete, or returned to us by the shipping carrier, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. We are not responsible if your order is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered at checkout.
